Production Principles

Quality jam calls for quality fruit. Ours are made exclusively with top-notch fruit. We exclude use of purées or other cheap fruit bases.
Cooked in low-temperature kettles for several hours, we reduce our jams by about a third to concentrate fruit aroma, and make for especially rich, full flavour.
This means of preparation also concentrates the fruits' natural pectin, meaning we make jams without adding pectin or citric acid.
 

Packaging:

Jars - 220 g

Cases of 12 units.
