Vegetables are essential for good health, for both the young and the young at heart. Whether preserved or fresh, nutrition and flavour remain just as high. We prepare our recipes with olive oil, well-known for both its culinary and dietary qualities. This makes for a diversity of vegetables that can therefore be enjoyed throughout the year. Eating vegetable preserves contributes to the five fruits and vegetables servings recommended by the French national nutrition and health programme. Ready to be eaten, reheated over low heat, these flavourful and slow-cooked vegetables can be served with all your favourite dishes.
